The baths in the Ritz in London are sunken and in marble so they are very luxurious. The staff will run it for you with Bulgari bubble bath and the floor is heated so it's nice when you step out. They will also deliver you Champagne to your room so you can have a nice glass while you soak. I've never stayed in a room that's had it's own jacuzzi, only ones in the Health clubs.
