Can anyone recommend a hotel in Manila that has a pool and bath with hot/cold water in rooms?

Sogo, look for the Japanese geisha with a fan as their logo
not just 5 star hotels have pools.. even motels have them.. hot and cold water is always part of the amenities..

are we talking about manila as the capital or manila as the city?

there's always a misconception that manila hotel is expensive, but actually they have rooms a lot cheaper than others.. while victoria court have rooms costing 6k for a 12hr stay, manila hotel have rooms that costs 4k for 24 hrs.. just ask the front desk or their customer srvice about packages or something..

you can also try crowne plaza hotel in ortigas.. new and very nice.. very accessible to mall, dining, party place, hospital, business areas.. almost everything ul be interested at..
normally, all hotels have a hot and cold water in their baths. but for pools,i think only the five star hotels have that.

We're interested in Parthenon Hotel, Athens. It appears they don't have showers in the bath. Is that correct

We like the looks of this hotel, but their description simply says ';tub'; in bathroom. Does that mean there isn't a shower? It seems hard to communicate directly with this hotel. We're interested in Parthenon Hotel, Athens. It appears they don't have showers in the bath. Is that correct
If you click on the pictures of the bathroom on their web site, you'll see a rod with shower curtain above the tub.

    http://www.airotel.gr/index.asp?a_id=324

Hope that helps! We're interested in Parthenon Hotel, Athens. It appears they don't have showers in the bath. Is that correct
here in Greece due to space in our country when they say tub, you can be assured that there is a shower. we greeks mostly take showers and not baths. youll find a hand shower attached to the tub thats for definate.
I worked there for several months 7 years ago and definately there is shower. As the others says the most greek hotels and homes, have a tub and attached a hand shower, so you can compine both.

The telephone number of the hotels are

    +30 210 9234594

    +30 210 9234595

    +30210 9234596
There is always a shower in all Greek Hotels but instead of having a collecting bassin on the floor, there is a tub, so you can combine both functions in one.

When you need a shower, you have a shower and when you need a bath tub you have a bath tub.

There is also a nice view over Athens and Acropolis.
If there is a bath in the room and it has a tub, then it sdefinitely has a shower wire too. In Greece a tub goes with a shower appliance, unlike UK, where sometimes you have a tub that you need to fill up. In Greece if there is a tub there is shower (be it in a house, flat, hotel room, etc).
That is incorrect. They do, in fact, have showers there.

Looking for a hotel that has a bath in the bedroom...?

Hi, I'm looking for a hotel that has a bath in the bedroom. Ideally, I would like this to be in the West Midlands / Manchester area, but I can travel if needs be. It's for a special occasion...

When I search online it keeps coming up with hotels IN Bath so I can't really find anything useful.

If anyone knows of a room like this anywhere or (even better) has stayed in one please can you let me know the name etc of the hotel along with the 拢cost if you know it!

PS... In the UK, not US, thanks!Looking for a hotel that has a bath in the bedroom...?
AH! Becky this is your lucky day! there are two hotels that I can recommend! however neither is based in the Midlands. actually one of them might be!

    first of:

The Crazy Bear: I promise you will never experience anything like it, I proposed to my now fiance over hear, its on the expensive side, I paid 拢400 for one night.

    The other is:

Mal Maison: again very nice, both are known as Boutique Hotels.

These are concept hotels: Mal Maison is around 拢260.

For instance 50'; Plasma screen in bedroom, with a lounge, dark walls, with crushed material, Infinity bath in the middle of the bedroom.

Try Hotel Du Vin also. however the Customer service there is not the greatest.

Mal Maison and Crazy Bear. You will never see anything like it.

Check out there websites.Looking for a hotel that has a bath in the bedroom...?
That is quite difficult to find. Why don't you move a mattress to the bathroom and sleep there?

or get a room with an attached large bathroom............ it's only a few steps so close your eyes and use your imagination.
Have you got BLONDE hair Love, or is this your idea of a joke

you are looking for a room with an en suite which you will find in most Hotels all around the UK

    IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY

IT'S THE WAY THAT YOU SAY IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Priory will probably be quieterWhich hotel should I book in Bath - the Priory or the Royal Cresent? (I'm not paying)?
The Priory - it's a LOT cheaper, the Royal Crescent is about 拢3,000 per NIGHT.

If you want a hotel right in the centre of Bath contact either The Francis or City Inn.
Ohhhh, I saw your question and just HAD to respond! I stayed at the Priory on my very first visit to England and the fond memories have stuck with me all this time!

It was absolutely lovely. The rooms, the pleasant/attentive staff, the grounds, the restaurant....all were top notch.

The only negative I can think of is that it is a bit of a distance from the town center. The Royal Crescent is much more central.
    Ooh the Royal Crescent!!!

    Lucky you!
    The Bath Spa Hotel!

It is Bath's original 5-star hotel (the Crescent is also 5-star; the Priory is 4-star), but with a slightly more informal atmosphere. It is on its own, in its own grounds (like the Priory), and the history of the building is also quite interesting. It's also better located for walking to the centre of the City and its attractions.

By the way, the Royal Crescent is more expensive than the Spa or the Priory, but we are talking about 拢530 as the starting price for a double room, rather than 拢3000!

Location is perfect, especially if you want to be in and around the center of activities. Hotel is located just on the main Sukhumvit road, between Asoke and Nana. So it's easy to move around. Room is really impressive and comfortable. Have a nice trip.

What is a cheap hotel in Chicago, IL. Travel date is for mid October. Shared bath is OK for Senior traveler.?

Looking for budget hotel, private room, not hostel for two nights in Chicago, sometime in October. Are there any budget or one star hotels in Chicago on public transportation route.

My search only turns up hotels in the $200 range or higher. Would like something under $100 per night. Not expecting much. Shared bath ok.What is a cheap hotel in Chicago, IL. Travel date is for mid October. Shared bath is OK for Senior traveler.?
Here's my never fail way to get great room for rediculous prices...it never fails.

    Go to Priceline.

    http://www.priceline.com/hotels/default.鈥?/a>

Put in the dates you want and go to Choose your own Price

    http://www.priceline.com/hotels/Lang/en-鈥?/a>

Use the map to find out where you will accept, when they find the hotel. Then choose a 3 star hotel (I've done it with 4).

Then put in a rediculous price like $50 a night.

If they don't find you something. Put in $55. If that doesn't work, put in 60, etc until you get something.

You're never going to believe how wonderfully this works. I recently stayed in a hotel in NYC for $65 a night. None of my NYC friends believed me, but it was true, and the room was fabulous. I've done it in Providence, (I stayed in a 2 room suite at the Biltmore for $65 a night and a huge room at the Raddison for $60 a night) White Plains, NY, Ft. Lauderdale, and San Francisco. You will be amazed. Good luck! What is a cheap hotel in Chicago, IL. Travel date is for mid October. Shared bath is OK for Senior traveler.?
There is a hotel off of Irving Park Road near Racine .... it is called Hotel Veronica it is about $80 a night before taxes ....
Stayed at the Congress Plaza Hotel last year for about $120 a night...not a luxury hotel, it's certainly an older than most, but it was clean and it worked for me.
I don't think you're going to find anything under $100.00

Contact triple AAA and ask them
There is an Econo lodge in South Holland, IL located off of Interstate 80 South of Chicago. The rooms are all private and rooms are as cheap as $49. Also there is a nice Farfield inn at Tinley Park. This is also off of Interstate 80. Rooms here start at $69.
Actually, Chicago is very expensive - the hotels really cater to business travelers and therefore the rates are outrageous. The Kimpton hotel group has 3 hotels at very reasonable rartes (the lowest I have found) that aren't roach motels. You'll have to pay more than $100 per night, but you'll earn loyalty points so it may be worth the extra money.

Have YOU ever stolen bath towels from a hotel/motel?

Honestly I have!!Have YOU ever stolen bath towels from a hotel/motel?
lol no...but I got some of those minature lotions and hand washes =)...only 1 of each I promise!Have YOU ever stolen bath towels from a hotel/motel?
yes, it was an accident though, honest.
I steal anything from Hotels that isn't nailed down lmfaoooo
Lol..no. Thought crossed my mind but I dont even use them anymore after all the bad things I have heard and seen about hotel/motel cleanliness. Half the time they dont even wash their stuff. I always bring my own towels and sometimes sheets too, or I'll sleep on top the sheets b/c trust me I've seen some bad things tht if I told you, you wouldnt want to ever stay at another hotel lol
    I didn't steal them, I borrowed them
Only once. But this was a while ago before they started charging people for taking things from the rooms. I didn't think I was stealing it. I thought it would make a nice souvenir of the place I stayed at. I guess it's because of people like me that they started charging.
No because I always over pack and only smaller items fit like soap or shampoo.
    And their pillow.
    --禄 Nope.
Nope, I don't wanna be charged for them later.
Yes, I have done that a couple of times.
only once... shhhh, don't tell them, though!!!
that is disgusting, do you know how many people use those? and do you know what they use them for? when I travel, I bring my own towels.
    Nope, only ashtrays
Nope. In fact, the opposite. I left one of my own towels at a B%26amp;B once, because I didn't want to carry it to my next port of call.
    haha nope :)
Yeah all the time. They rip you off so I might as well steal some towels. $5.00 for a bottle of water...WTF
    Yes, I have. =)
    No lol.

I found the cost for operations ranges from 30-35 cents per pound processed 鈥?that means the hotel has to spend 30-35 cents per washed pound weight, right?

Anyways, I would like to know the total weight to calculate total amount per year.

The total Amount per year is my point.

I work in a hotel and I don't exactly know. But what I can tell you is between all the sheets and towels we wash about 150 lbs a day. Multiply that by 365 for year weight. Hope that helped

  • Sanur Beach Hotel, Bali guest room bathrooms: are the showers over the bath?

I am travelling to Bali in July with an elderly person. She has recommended that we stay at the Sanur Beach Hotel. However, she is concerned that the rooms we stay in will have a shower over the bath, which won't be suitable as there is a too bigger step for her to get up over the side of the bath. Does anyone know whether the standard guest rooms have a separate shower and bath or just an all-in-one with shower over the top?Sanur Beach Hotel, Bali guest room bathrooms: are the showers over the bath?

Giving baby a bath in a hotel room?

It sounds gross to me. No one knows if the bathroom gets cleaned for sure and how well. What do you moms do when you have to give your LO a bath in a hotel room on a trip? I am thinking to just try and hold him in the shower and bath him the best I can?

He is 15 months by the way. I don't want him to slip out of my hands lol it gets slippery in the bath. What do you think??

Or I could probably just have him stand up and hurry up and wash him really fast...that might work the best huh?Giving baby a bath in a hotel room?
No, that is a very good question. My mom told me years ago to run a bath full of scalding hot water (as hot as it will go) and let it sit in there for 30 minutes. And then drain...clean hotel bathtub.

Not the most water-efficient strategy...but if I had to give my baby a bath, I would do it!Giving baby a bath in a hotel room?
I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and plus I work in a hotel and have done now for 10 years(3 different hotels) and not once have I ever encountered a bathroom that was not cleaned.

Having said that if you are that scared about it then bring disinfectant wipes and clean it yourself. And also most hotels have non slip bath mats(it is a spec in hotels to stop lawsuits if someone slips but didn't use the mat)

You get what you pay for I will also add. If you are staying in a run down $10 a night motel that also rents hourly, yeah I would likely worry then. But a hotel that has more then 2 employees is probably going to be just fine.
If you've got room in your luggage, there are inflatable tubs for babies that you can use. I found mine really helpful while travelling, and even used it quite a bit at home.

If you are travelling by car, then buying an actual basin or big bucket would be great -- you can use it for ice for picnics and other things, too.

You can also wash out the tub with a little soap or some shampoo, if you are worried about the cleanliness. Or just give him a spongebath (but with a washcloth), and get the dirtiest bits. If you swim in the pool with him, he's probably plenty clean, and just needs a rinse-off in the bath.

(Use a cup to pour water over his head, and give him a wash-cloth to hold over his eyes, and have him look up -- that way, the water won't get in his eyes or nose.)
This might sound snobby, but I honestly would just call the front desk when you get there and ask them to have housekeeping come sterilize the tub. They should understand.

If its too slippery you can always just lay a towel in the bottom of the tub and wring it out when you're done, and idk put it in the sink or whatever for when housekeeping comes to clean the next day.

When hoteling I never worry about making normal demands. I mean you're paying for the room and after all the shows outlining how dirty hotels can be they are usually happy to oblige with cleaning things in front of you (I asked them to come change the sheets once just because I was having a spaz OCD moment). They (I am sure) have heard worse demands.
just take him in the shower with you, on your hip. Have a washer ready to give him a good scrub down and then have a towel ready outside the shower so you can wrap that around him while you wash off. So long as you hold onto him tightly he won't slip off your hip.

If hubby is there then pass him onto hubby once you've washed him off.
We were just in a hotel not too long ago, and I just gave my son a shower, which he loved, while holding him, then had my husband come get him and get him dressed so I could finish my shower. It worked great. I understand where you're coming from about the dirty shower.....have you ever seen that 20/20 special about hotel rooms around the country? Some of those housekeepers are downright lazy when it comes to sanitizing!
Don't you wash yourself while you're on trips? How do you do that?

I take baths with both of my girls every day, since the day each was born. If one needed a bath, in we would go to the shower. I've never once had an issue with a slippery baby.
Try the shower if you think the hotel is dirty. That is if your son doesn't mind the water on his head (my son has a big problem with it). If the shower isn't an option, just try the bath.
If you are that worried put a towel on the bottom of the tub.

I have never been that worried. I always wash it first with some shampoo.
I would just stand him up and wash him really fast. I would not allow him to play in the bath like usual.

What hotel did you get your best bubble bath from? within makati or ortigas only please, tnx?

Why must you get it in a hotel? My best bubble bath is right at home. I got myself a huge, comfortable tub. Before I retire for the day, I soak myself in a nice warm bubble bath, filling the tub with scented oils and herbs. And rose petal, would you believe. For effect, more to visually tell me that I am in such a relaxed mood. http://www.ultimatehotels.com/index.cfm/section/external.hotels/CityGuide/San-Francisco/hotels.html

and search by location. But you are not going to get something in Union Square for that price. This is the most touristy area and designed for the commuter/traveler business person.

Also try expedia or something like that because they might have some deals going the same time you want to be there.

    Good luck!
    good luck.
The best area and the cheapest hotels are available along Lombard street. I suggest you stick to that area. There are some decent SRO hotels in North Beach which are more ';San Francisco-ish';. I know there's one above the SF Brew Co. You have to share a bath in those places, but they're cheap and authentic.

Union Sq. is not exactly a place with many apartments, it's mostly hotels. And not far from the Tenderloin, one of the worst areas in the city.

    Suggest you troll craigslist.org.
Try Priceline. I have always had good luck and paid about $60 a night for rooms in: Japantown, Embarcadero, Union Square, Catherdral HIll.
There is a great hotel off of market and 4th (about 2 blocks from Union Square and on all transportation routes) called the Mosser. It is really clean and close to everything, although the rooms are pretty small. They have some rooms with private baths and some with shared so be sure to specify. Try looking them up at Expedia.com
The hotels around Union Square are the most expensive in the city. Nothing under $300 a night. It's designed for the business travelers. Look into a youth hostel in Ft. Mason, the Holiday Inn on Van Ness. Stay away from anything on Market Street unless you like being held up. There are motels on Lombard Street in the Marina and Cow Hollow neighborhoods. Here's a great list: http://www.sftravel.com/bgt.html

    Dear Emma,

I found a good hotel that fit your description for: $50 - $80 with a private bathroom. The one problem I was having was that it is not really near union square, but fishermans wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge is only a short distance away. I suggest you bring your car with you. Here it is: http://www.hotels.com/property.do?COYear鈥?/a>

  • When you go on vacation, and you are staying at a hotel, do you take your own bath towels?

lol no.When you go on vacation, and you are staying at a hotel, do you take your own bath towels?
in a hotel , you don't have to bring a towel, they will provide you...and chamber maids will replaced the used towels to clean towels everyday...When you go on vacation, and you are staying at a hotel, do you take your own bath towels?
If you have any that says Holiday Inn on them......%26amp; ironically your staying at The Holiday Inn鈥hen Yes. This would be a good time to return the towels you borrowed on your last stay at The Holiday Inn.
Well, some hotels have towels for you but some surprisingly don't so i would take 1 just in case.
I prefer taking my own things be it towel, soap, shampoo wat ever it may.......cos i believe in myself more than anything....i prefer to be careful rather than taking risk........
No the only towels I would take are beach towels if I'm going to a beach or water park.

    ENJOY YOUR VACATION!!!
No, because I have enough laundry to do when I get home. There is not enough room in the car for anymore stuff.
No, I use the ones they provide.
    no. i use their towels

Lee T, I visited Wisconsin last month to party. I can't remember which hotel I stated at, but it wasn't worth recommending. I found a list of hotels in Wisconsin here: http://www.hotelroomfinder.org/Wisconsin鈥?/a> I'm sure you can find a hotel to call and help get you situated.

Where can i find a hotel with jacuzzi or big bath tub london?

    Try the Hemple:

    The Dorchester:

is known for sorting out any special requirements.Where can i find a hotel with jacuzzi or big bath tub london?
The baths in the Ritz in London are sunken and in marble so they are very luxurious. The staff will run it for you with Bulgari bubble bath and the floor is heated so it's nice when you step out. They will also deliver you Champagne to your room so you can have a nice glass while you soak. I've never stayed in a room that's had it's own jacuzzi, only ones in the Health clubs.

I have found the following which have jacuzzis in rooms though:

Whats a nice hotel with an outdoor bath / private pool / jacuzzi in ko samui? Budget is $250 per night.?

Me and my girlfriend (both late 20's) are planning to go to Ko Samui in the last week of March for a romantic getaway, we want to spent a week in a room with a private plunge pool or outdoor bath or an outdoor jacuzzi.

So far we've shortlisted a hotel called Tongsai bay but its a little out of our budget, any other suggestions.......Whats a nice hotel with an outdoor bath / private pool / jacuzzi in ko samui? Budget is $250 per night.?
For $250 a night you can sleep like a king in Thailand. Live happy and have fun. WWW.Asiarooms.com is a great place to start. Have used them each of my trips to BKK and been satisfied with the service.

Why you want to pay so much? Sometimes is better to stay in a little cheaper place that is more girl friendly in case you want a massage in your room. Myself, I don't stay in the room much as I like to be out and about when on vacation. Room is last place I want to be until dead tired. Enjoy your trip.Whats a nice hotel with an outdoor bath / private pool / jacuzzi in ko samui? Budget is $250 per night.?
Pls try this website page its very helpful for traveling in the asia. It will cater to your budget as well as other impt things. Eg hotel location and more. asiarooms.com

I'm looking to take my girlfriend to Bath for a day or 2 to a nice hotel and spa. I dont know much about...?

...Bath but was wondering if anyone had any information on the best things to do or places to visit/stay?

Thank youI'm looking to take my girlfriend to Bath for a day or 2 to a nice hotel and spa. I dont know much about...?
How about staying at Cranleigh Guest House? It's a Victorian style B%26amp;B with individually designed rooms including four-poster beds. It's a family run business so it's small and friendly. Here's their website if you like the sound of it:

    http://cranleighguesthouse.com/index.htm鈥?/a>

You have to consider going to the Roman Baths as well with their thermal spa! Here's the website for that:

    http://www.romanbaths.co.uk/

And info about the spa treatment available in the same place (I suggest the Pump Room Restaurant for lunch as they have live music):

    http://www.romanbaths.co.uk/pump_room/sp鈥?/a>

Lastly, here's the official tourist site for Bath:

    http://visitbath.co.uk/

Without knowing exactly what your interests are, there's lots of info on different things you can do in Bath. Hope you and your girlfriend have a great time!I'm looking to take my girlfriend to Bath for a day or 2 to a nice hotel and spa. I dont know much about...?
You can take your girlfriend to the nearest hotel and spa resort in your place. The services offered by the spas would include a whole body massage, a jacuzzi, aromatherapy, foot or hand massage, salon, and many more. Both of you would be given quality service and affordable rates during those cheap spa days, which improves health and wellness

Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort has the most amazing bathroom I have ever seen. Room 406 if i'm not mistaken (maybe verify that if you call enquiring about rates). It has a HUGE bathroom with a MASSIVE freestanding bath in a bay window overlooking the gardens, absolutely beautiful!!!! Scroll to the bottom of this page. Expensive but worth it!

  • Grand Mecure, Hydro Majestic Hotel (Medlow Bath) - Katoomba?

Have you stayed at the Hydro Majestic Hotel - what was your experience of this Hotel?Grand Mecure, Hydro Majestic Hotel (Medlow Bath) - Katoomba?
I enjoyed my stay there. While I was there I kept humming the theme music from the movie ';Somewhere in Time'; starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour where it was filmed at the Grand Hotel Mackinac Island.

In the youtube site below you can listen to the music that I am refering to.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0w3jMvZB鈥?/a>

It's worth listening to right through to end of the clip.

The Hydro Majestic is not in the same league as the Grand Hotel but it does have that old world charm about it. The dinning was very good and lots of sites to see in the Blue Mountains.

It was in the middle of winter when I stayed there, so as I walked into the foyer I could see the large open log fire burning and beautiful decor, was like stepping back in time.

If you plan on staying there I think winter is the best time to go and it you get lucky it might even snow.

Are hotel room jacuzzis clean? Can you get any diseases from jacuzzis/bath tubs? How do you clean it yourself?

I'll be staying at a $300 jacuzzi suite in a hotel in downtown Toronto. This is my first time staying in /probably using a jacuzzi suite, and I'm kinda worried if it's clean or not.

Can I get some weird skin disease from it? Maybe passing along from the previous tenant? I don't know who else has been in it.

Would there be any probems if we have sex in the jacuzzi? It'll be a romantic weekend, and anything like that would ruin everything.

Can I clean it myself? What can I do? What do I need to bring?

Thanks! Are hotel room jacuzzis clean? Can you get any diseases from jacuzzis/bath tubs? How do you clean it yourself?
    hot water killz germs

Are hotel room jacuzzis clean? Can you get any diseases from jacuzzis/bath tubs? How do you clean it yourself?
I am always weary of bath tubs, showers, jacuzzis, etc. anywhere except my home and family's home. I would take some anti bacterial stuff, put on gloves and clean it if I wanted to get in. OR, you could fill it up, put in some clorox and let it run for a while and then rinse it well before getting in. I hope this helps.
I don't know about the hotel you are staying at, but having worked in hotels/motels, I can say that they aren't always perfectly clean. They are, however, generally cleaner than most tubs in people's homes because they receive at least some form of cleaning daily.

Can you get a decent hotel room, private bath, in Santiago, Chile for US $15 a day or less?

If not $15, then how much? Can you get a decent hotel room, private bath, in Santiago, Chile for US $15 a day or less?

I strongly suggest checking out a youth hostel. They usually have private rooms available for a bit extra, plus you usually find a good free breakfast, free internet access, a common room, and tons of fun people. I stayed at Sammy's Hostel in Santiago and thoroughly enjoyed myself! You might have trouble finding a decent hotel room for $15.
Yes, my husband and I stayed at a hostel in the Plaza Brazil area (very quaint) see the link below...got a free shuttle to the place from the airport too. It might've been slightly more than $15, but still cheap, clean and friendly.
I think at least $40. Chile is not a cheap country to visit.

What does shared bath mean when staying in a hotel mean?

. Shared bathrooms offer bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. What does shared bath mean when staying in a hotel mean?
It means you share the bathroom with other guests of the hotel. Your room doesnt have its own bathroom.

Not to sound snobby, but the thought makes me sick. Staying in a city like New york with god knows who in your hotel using the same bathroom and showers. Disgusting.

Stay in a hotel out near Newark Airport if money is tight. You can stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel for cheap. What does shared bath mean when staying in a hotel mean?
Shared bathrooms mean that you and another will share (sometimes more than one) will share a bathroom. Which will mean you will not have access to it 100% of the time. Best to look for another place unless you like to wait to go to the bathroom or take a shower. Also remember you may share with someone that is messy.
it's not just your room that uses it. Almost dorm style. You may only have to share with one other room, or you may have to share with the whole floor.
It means that the bath is down the hall. Bring your own towel and soap.
It means that in your room, you dont have your own bathroom (or shower) and that everyone on the floor sheres it
it means you wont have your own private bathroom.you will share a central bathroom with people from other rooms.

I stayed at a Hotel called the Park House in Shropshire.

Look at the link below did a review on it:

The Room was a suite but we got it for 拢65.00 per night including a fantastic breakfast (not each for the whole suite per night).

Look at that bath if was fantastic and for two people - we had a great stay - plenty to do and the Restuarant was fantastic.Does any1 no of any hotels with jacuzzi's or large baths in that are not honeymoon suits?
have a look at the web site of the Mardon House in Chesterfield, they only have a few rooms, one you can have exclusive use of the pool, they do have a jaccusi and can give you beauty treatments if you wishjust go on to google, type Mardon House and click on UK sites only, takes you straight there
If you look on any hotel website - like expedia.com and click on hotel search, you can go to an advanced search and then select the facilities you want. In this facilities list you can select Jacuzzi/spa and it will go and look for hotels that have that facility. - or if you prefer a travel agent can do a utility search on their system for you.
try looking for a timeshare or a condo.

not ones you own. but a condo that they have like hotels they only cost about 80 dollars.

i stayed in a timeshare condo [just like a hotel] when i was on vacation and it cost me only 100 dollars for 3 nights.

but you had to sit throught a 2 hour seminar.

    totally worth it.
the salutation hotel in ambleside in the lake district has jacuzzi in bedrooms or better still go on www.laterooms.com and just specify it in your search xx
The Hilton Metropole or De Vere Grande in Brighton, both are *****

    Milk river bath hotel jamaica?

how much a night now to stay at the milk river bath hotel in jamaica?Milk river bath hotel jamaica?
    Milk River, South Coast

General History: The town of Milk River is associated both with the river of the same name, and the mineral spring also found in the area. The river itself is a main source of the water that irrigates the vast agricultural regions of the Clarendon plains, but is largely un-navigable and infested with crocodiles. The mineral springs contain some of the most radioactive waters in the world, but although they bear the same name, the springs do not originate from the river, but from a source near to Round Hill.

The waters at Milk River Bath are highly radioactive, nine times as radioactive as the waters in Bath, England, fifty times as radioactive as those at Vichy in France, and fifty-four times those in Baden in Switzerland. On average, the waters here are a consistent 90 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year, and contain high levels of magnesium, calcium, sulphate and natural chloride.

The mineral waters flow directly from a source in a rock and are especially recommended for use by those suffering from rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica and nerve complaints. The waters, however, are so hot and radioactive that patrons are warned to stay in for no more than ten to twenty minutes at a time, and then for no more than three baths per day.

Interesting Story: It is said that the curative waters of the spa were discovered in the eighteenth century during slavery. Legend has it that a slave, owned by one Mr Jonathan Ludford of Clarendon, committed an offence for which he was brutally whipped and locked away in a dungeon. Imprisoned and severely wounded, and vowing never to be a slave again, he broke out of his chains and escaped. Days later, presumed dead by his fellow slaves, the man returned to the estate in full health, healed of the wounds he had received only a few days before.

In an effort to convince others to run away with him, he told a tale of a remarkable salty spring in which he had bathed. Everyone who saw him was amazed at his recovery, and soon, word reached the owner of the estate who had ordered him punished. Ludford himself was astounded at the recovery, and promised to grant the slave freedom if he revealed the location of the spring. The slave lead a party to the location, and Ludford promptly acquired the spring and the lands around it, and started the Milk River Baths.

Upon his death, Ludford bequeathed all property and land to the government and people of Jamaica to benefit all who needed it. Since the first baths opened in 1794, thousands of people have visited Milk River to heal themselves of a variety of ailments.

Famous For: The Milk River Bath is one of the most radioactive mineral springs in the world. Its curative waters are reputed to provide healing for almost all illnesses and over the years, thousands flock to the spa 鈥?many repeat guests 鈥?to experience this phenomenon.

Must See: Of course, the spa at Milk River is the biggest attraction, but not far away is the famous Farquhar's Beach (commonly called ';the beach'; by locals). Farquhar's Beach is actually a bay enclosed by a seasonal sand bar that separates the small saline lake from the open sea. Here you can buy lobster, shrimp, or fish from the boats that come in intermittently during the day, but the thrilling find in the area are ancient Taino caves. In these caves, pottery shards line the floor and centuries' old paintings on the cave walls add life and create a connection to the people who once inhabited this island. Please do not remove items from or desecrate the caves, they stand on Taino holy ground and are part of Jamaica's delicate archaeological Heritage.

  • Where can I rent a room with a private jacuzzi or hot tub in San Diego?

Can someone please tell me where to find a nice, clean hotel or bed and breakfast place, or a day spa that offers a private jacuzzi or hot tub inside the room? I'm trying to book a nice romantic weekend for me and my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and I'm having a really hard time finding a rental that isn't just some hourly hot tub room. I want to find a room we can stay in that has a private hot tub that will fit at least 2 people. Otherwise, the next choice is a day spa treatment for two that offers private hot tub rooms as well.

Please let me know if you know of a good place. And ';The Tubs'; in El Cajon is exactly what I am *NOT* looking for. I want something nice and classy and relaxing, not some seedy, pay-by-the-hour hot tub room.

    Thank you,

What does it mean if a hotel has a ';full kitchen'; and ';private bath';?

i know it sounds stupid, but this is the first time i'm booking a hotel on my own. all the rooms available are the same price, but are different in this sense. i'd think that a ';full kitchen'; in a hotel is like a microwave and fridge, but the other rooms say they have microwave/refrigerator but others say full kitchen. is it the same thing? What does it mean if a hotel has a ';full kitchen'; and ';private bath';?
You have refrigerator, stove, oven, cooking utensils, eating utensils, etc. You should be able to save money by cooking your own meals.

private bath means that bathroom is attached to your room and is not shared with any other guests (other than those staying in your room!)What does it mean if a hotel has a ';full kitchen'; and ';private bath';?

When in another city and with no hotel room at the moment, what's the cheapest way to get a shower or bath?

A better one than toweling off from a sink in a public restroom, please. I've thought of gyms, but so far haven't found one in the vicinity of my vacations spots. And I know airports have pay showers, but are there any other ideas? When in another city and with no hotel room at the moment, what's the cheapest way to get a shower or bath?
In the states you can check for truck stops with showers. There is a fee, but its pretty minimal.

Call the hotel and check to see if there is an early check in available. It doesn't hurt to try. When in another city and with no hotel room at the moment, what's the cheapest way to get a shower or bath?
In Europe you can go to the train station and pay a few Euros for a shower. A swimming facility will haver showers but niot sure of the costs. Have you looked into camping sites?

I have not stayed at Mirador before but HK in June - definitely with A/C - it's hot and humid. If you're able to get it for HK$350, that's very good price.

I was going to suggest the YMCA in TST but their rates is much higher - but you could have a look anyways.

What is a hotel room ';with bath floor?';?

Trying to book a hotel room in Germany and the option to book a room with bath floor is cheaper. I'm not gonna end up with a community bathroom on my floor am I?What is a hotel room ';with bath floor?';?
Bath floor can have two different meanings. Many hotel rooms do not have and actual tub or shower enclosure. The floor of the bathroom is the drain for the shower so the bathroom is small and you shower right next to the toilet and sink. everything generally gets wet. I have actually become so used to this that my master bath, although quite large, has a shower in the corner that is not enclosed.

on the other hand this can also mean a shared bath. It usually doesn't! If the hotel has shared baths they say so. so the odds are that it means the above. What is a hotel room ';with bath floor?';?
    It sounds like '; If the toilet is broken use the floor below ';
I am 99% sure that is exactly what you will end up with. That is why it is cheaper.

most bathtubs will fit 2 :)
any bath is big enough if you want it to be

Is it safe and clean to take a bouble bath in a hotel shower if your a female?

if not why? if yes , are u sure?Is it safe and clean to take a bouble bath in a hotel shower if your a female?
yes. why wouldn't it be.Is it safe and clean to take a bouble bath in a hotel shower if your a female?
If I go to a 5 star hotel I expect it to be clean but I always check. If it doesn't smell or look clean, I will clean it myself, and I'm no above calling and asking them to do it. It is always dependent on the people that clean the rooms. So the side of safety is always the way to go. I carry clorox wipes and use them. Then use very hot soapy water to scrub and then I do the bath thing. If it's a whirlpool tub that hasn't been used in a while it needs clorox to run through the jets, i complained at one place and they took a chunk off the cost...I couldn't use it and I was mad. So, check it out before unpacking and change rooms if you aren't satisfied. They are there fot you after all. Good luck.
yes, if it is a decent hotel, the bleach everything clean.
I don't know about a bouble bath, but bubble baths are a good way to get an internal infection.
i wouldnt do it unless i cleaned the tub i dont trust other people!

You know how some fancy hotels have champaigne shaped bath tubs?

How do people get up there? They are pretty high above the ground. Is there a ladder or a set of stairs to get into it?You know how some fancy hotels have champaigne shaped bath tubs?
Alright - I'm going to assume you meant Champagne Glass Shaped bath tubs. (Since Champagne itself doesn't have a shape.) Anyway, there's usually a ladder/staircase of some sort. You know how some fancy hotels have champaigne shaped bath tubs?

  • Hotels with a bath in Pattaya?

instead of just a showerHotels with a bath in Pattaya?
You can find hotel rooms with a bathtub in some hotels starting around 700 baht on up to over 4000 baht per night.

What is your price range? Someone can match a hotel to your price range. It will be easier for you to tell us what you want to spend and even perhaps where you want to stay and then you will get hotels to match your budget.

You can contact one of these hotels and check it out. I know the Marriott, the Amari and the Hard Rock Hotel have some rooms with tubs. This is a cheaper place that has a tub in the rooms - the Bay Breeze Hotel (good location too!)

So, how much do you want to spend?Hotels with a bath in Pattaya?
Almost all of the better hotels and many of the less expensive hotels have baths. I've stayed at over ten different hotels there and every one of them had a bath or bath/shower combination. This website will either list whether they have baths or show a picture of the bathrooms for many of the hotels they list:

Check out the hotels with an online search engine. They give and show you descriptions, details, prices, facilities and and and..

Check them out before you book and if you are unsure email them or call the hotel, but I am sure that you will find what you are looking for by searching the hotel search engines.

    It's free.
Dusit Thani, Marriott, Montien, all have baths as well as showers.
Most of the 3star and up hotels have baths as well as showers.

What's the difference between jacuzzi, hot tub and in-bath whirlpools when looking at hotel room amenities?

When I look at different amenities for hotel rooms, some list having in-bath whirlpools, others will have hot tubs or jacuzzis. What is the difference between all of these? What's the difference between jacuzzi, hot tub and in-bath whirlpools when looking at hotel room amenities?
Usually an in-bath whirlpool is just a ';big'; tub with jets to force the water around. Hot tubs and Jacuzzis are the same thing, usually always filled with water and treated just like a swimming pool and of course, ';Hot';! Jacuzzi is actually a brand of hot tubs!!What's the difference between jacuzzi, hot tub and in-bath whirlpools when looking at hotel room amenities?
in bath are in your room private

hot tubs are common rooms shared

some suites have jacuzzis all of their own
Jacuzzi is just a brand. A spa is one that you don't drian after you use it and are found outside a hotel or home it also fits more people. A whirlpool bath is one that you would drain right after you use it. They all have a heater though its option and a blower.
hot tubs-flat, few jets (I have one)

In-bath whirlpools- same things as hot tubs

Jacuzzi- comfy seating, lots of jets, tempature control.

    I prefer Jacuzzis.
